That’s really good but my only feedback is add the gray stand on the other side.

i think one is more realistic than two but thanks for feedback 
Pretty good work. You can just auto smooth the wheels to remove this visible vertices. It’s a pretty decent model.

I think if you make the sides of the cart uneven like the back, it would have more of that low poly - medieval vibe
