I think I am finally starting to get the hang of Blender so I decided to make some low poly tools for more practice. What do you guys think of it?
It looks amazing! Great job.
For the hammer I think you should make the handles thinner. Looks good so far!
My only complaint here is that most of the tools look very similar. Other than that, I like it! I especially love the mage staff.
It looks really good!
But try to make the axes with more details like the sword.
You can add hatching or scratches, chinks.
Then it looks like a realistic weapon.
But good work for practice!
Really nice, the hammer grip is probably a little too thick though and you could afford to curve the pickaxe a tad more imo but the pickaxe is likely preference.
It looks great although I think the two axe handles could be thinner.
They’re well made. The pickaxe needs a little more work other than that everything is good!
Nice, the look really good keep up the good work.
Opinion
Good work! I really like it and the effort you put into it and that it has a overall look to it and that it has a simple look. I like that for a beginner you did it to your skill level but the more you experience Blender the better you get to it.
I love the style that you were going for. The tools look amazing.
They look pretty good! What type of game are you making??
Honestly looks amazing. The low-poly really fits a serious yet still cartoony theme. I love this type of stuff!
Maybe make the sword long. All great.
Looks nice.
Did you merge the unions on top of the sword together or extrude it? It seems a bit extruded but I can’t tell exactly if you merged it or not.
As for the hammer, try making it a bit more thinner.
With the stick, try merging things together with the top face, as the geometry doesn’t fit in as well as it should.
Overall, great job on the designs, but try adding a bit more detail or making the handles less thick then they are.
i actually extruded the sword.
If you’re using blender, try merging the top part for it to look a bit more pointy, it works very well. Make sure to merge correctly though.
They look really good! Would suit in a medieval/wizardry setting for me.
The tools like a little too similar to one another, like the two axes on the left almost look identical.
