Hey there CrazedBuilder,
Let’s start off by saying I thing this looks great for what you are going for but here are a few tweaks I would make.
- To start lets add some transparency to the water and add a level of sand underneath it.
- Add some slight color variation on the Palm tree leaves.
- Add a custom skybox from toolbox (This will help with reflections and atmosphere)
- And I also think, depending on what you plan to do with it, this map may look better in smooth plastic.
There are some Also create some more props such as grass and more bushes that go on the walls.
Optimization
- Turn the Can Collide/Can Query off to objects that do not use collisions
- Make sure you are using shadow lighting
Over all looks amazing! Keep up the amazing work!

Everything looks really amazing for me and really well made. If I was you, I would add some easter eggs around the map or some secrets but the map for me looks perfect and ready to go.
