Looks literally fantastic!!! The only problem I can see is that the Purple-Pink line is on top of the Circle. That’s literally the only thing wrong about it…It’s just so awesome. Great job, and have a good day! 
the circle is semi-transparent!!! that’s quite annoying to see in ui 
For minimalist, I feel like you should not have a gradient on any UI objects.
Either way, that’s really my only issue with this UI.
I think this looks great! I would classify a bit more as “semi-minimalist” as I agree with:
But that doesn’t mean this is not good by any means; I still really like this UI!
One thing I am not sure if it is visible to you; however, I notice a small box that looks like you may not intend for it to be there? It is barely visible to me around the cloud, and it seems like a dark purple box?

One thing that really annoys me is the fact that I can see a border between the image and the background. I don’t know if that was intentional or you just forgot to remove it

I feel like since it’s a thunderstorm you should add little lightning strikes. Otherwise, it looks great.
Thank you! I use Photoshop to make UI’s and to edit my GFX’s.
Looks good! Only thing I could note is if partially sighted or colour blind the contrast between the colours (purple and black) may pose an issue to readability. Other than that really minimalistic but has a really nice modern feel.
