I have a problem where with my timer once you finish I want it to delete the gui, but it stops and changes color. trying to fix that ://

delete the timer? why would you want the timer to delete when they finish, you wouldn’t be able to see what u got

BTW it’s obvious you used a free model because the timer overlaps on another UI which can be really annoying and I see in multiple games. It is better if you create your own timer by looking through youtube or browsing the devforum.

It would be cool if there was a time trial obby that combine both difficult, enjoyable gameplay, and a theme. Like a forest or underwater, you know? Currently it feels a bit empty and unpolished, really nothing stands out from a typical time trial obby. I feel like adding a theme would make it more fun to play, it’d be adding variety, making it a game that would stand out from the rest.
There are few obby games that do theming (aside from the typical free model regurgitation unplayable error-y poorly optimized clickbait ADOPT ME FREE PETS ESCAPE BEACH PINECONE PIZZA IPHONE AMONG US RAINBOW TIK TOK OBBY ROBUX OBBY OBBY OBBY games that are made by bots, unrealistically inflated by even more bots that boost the game to 392% like rating). I have played a few obbies that do theming well, as well as providing a challenge for the player. If you need inspiration, here are a few I’ve played and noticed very good theming throughout the map(s):

im not sure why you want scripters when you made it for fun but who am I to judge. anyway you should put this in #help-and-feedback:scripting-support . for the deleting thing, its always best to make a gui visible = false than deleting it and clone it again

This is very good work. But in my opinion you should add black screen when player teleporting. TweenParents (I forgot how its named, so sorry if I spelled it not right) to get smooth black screen appearence and disappearence. This is only my opinion, so make game how you want it to be. Well, I wish you luck with your project!
Things I noticed:
- The menu doesn’t match the games actual gui
- The top donator rig’s head is detached from its body
- The play button took a full 20 seconds before it actually spawned me in
- The timer gui remains on the players screen after they finish a stage
- The game has no replayability
Suggestions:
- Make it so it saves your score on every obby into a stats folder inside every player, make it save through data stores and have it update the leaderboard automatically so people don’t have to join a Discord server just to put their score on the leaderboard
- Make it so you don’t have to use a proximity prompt to teleport, instead make it so you just have to touch the part
- I wouldn’t have a practice area, don’t see why you would need that in an obby
- There is nothing in the game making players want to come back, its just the same stages
- Remove shift to sprint, there is no need for it

The donation person is supposed to be like that. It was like that inside the scripts.
The play button took 20 seconds because I disabled some stuff inside the menu.
The timer gui still remains on the players screen is being fixed by the devs.
Now to suggestions
I can’t do that because of hackers. And I like Proximity Prompts because they make it feel distinguished beside other games. Once we get enough visits, I will release a mobile version of the game where you only touch it. The Practice area is there because many, many time trial games have it so it only makes sense to add it in. Also I need 3 teleporters for it to look good so why not. There will be ALOT more towers to explore. There will a game mode that me and my team will script where there is something called endless mode. you got 25 stages repeated but in random order everytime you join. You try to make it past the 10 seconds and 20 seconds leaderboard. Also for the shift to sprint I only added that because I felt like people couldn’t get around faster. But since I added the teleporter I think I can delete it. Because people with shiftlock may sprint in obbies because of that problem.
