I love the artwork and it is really unique, although I would perhaps try to change the lighting on the hands along with making sure if the hair is placed on correctly, I do not know for sure if it is on correctly.
Great work on the graphics, it is very eye-catching and I would definitely play this game if I saw it on the front page. 
I know nothing about creating a GFX, so take what I say with a grain of salt
This is a well-made GFX. The shadows are immaculate.
However, imo on the word “Simulator” the grey tone seems accidental, like you forgot about a 25% opacity layer there. If it swooped with the words (the things I manage to say with the English language…) or curved along with it, I think it would be a huge improvement. Unless you’re imitating a blade and I’m just legally blind.
Kudos to the background, special effects, and noise!
I really like the overall look of your GFX !
The line in “Simulaor” don’t seems right. I suggest making it smoother. Thats the only thing I see
