I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my rainy GFX and ways to improve myself!

looks pretty good, im not gfx guy, so take this as optional advice, but the white shine around him which is i think supposed to be snow seams pretty bright, since im guessing its late since its dark around the character, it should probably be a little darker or more transparent, and if you want to add a tiny bit of detail, make some snow on or in front of the character, because hes in a snowy area yet no snow in front of him or on him seems a little weird, as i said, optional advice, i dont know a thing about gfx so im not sure if it is better, but yeah thats what i think

Looks very nice, but the colors should be more contrasting in my opinion
