It’s a cool design, but I feel like the order of the words isn’t very clear and also the lack of contrast makes it harder to read. When I first read it I though it said “Work Shop” and then “At Work A Shop” before I finally realized how it was supposed to be read.
I agree with @uhley360; you should make the outline of the text a different color.
Besides that, it’s a pretty basic logo and it doesn’t really represent ‘‘working at a shop’’.
