I just released my game, Island Tycoon!
This took around 3 - 5 months to make as I am a solo developer with a team of helpful testers. Anyways, I would love some feedback on the game!

It’s a good game, it got great GUIs, eye-catching thumbnails, and all that, but I am going to say my experience with the time I spent in this game.
At first, the game was taking a slow process. The game got fun as I got enough money to start doing more things. However, the boss fighting takes a while to get done by yourself with no upgrades. I bought the lumber gamepass and it seems to do great on my grinding, but unfortunately, it feels like the non-gamepass workers because of the price and time.
Major Issue
I had a lot more to say until my game randomly got bricked and I was teleported back to the first island and lost everything, but my money and gems were still there… This occured when I was 40 minutes into the game.
I appreciate the feedback and loved to hear it was eye-catching. Could you provide more details on tycoon dataloss? I’ve tested a bunch before release and haven’t found ways to reproduce it.
I am not sure how to say it happened, me and this other player was playing your game together and the game started freezing, next thing that happened is both of us got disconnected and lost our tycoon data except for our currencies.
Bump. Anyone has any other feedback?
(Many things have been fixed)
I joined and the first minute was alright, I was given (If I remember) 200 in cash, and I agree with the first person. I’m not a fan of this style, but it will definitely appeal to those who are fans.
I just had a server restart though, and while I had bought items that left me with 0 cash, I was left with 0 cash but not the items I bought.
It wasn’t apparent to me at first where my money was going, but only realised 6 minutes later that I was meant to go to the letterbox.
Also, when I tried to buy something I couldn’t afford, I didn’t know how to close the Exclusive Store, so it would be advisable to look into making active buttons more obvious. I feel like you already are planning this, but a tutorial is also advisable, to help the player understand the UI and what the different items in their island is for.
Last but not least, I don’t necessarily like the idea of spending in-game cash for a clothing stand that the player probably won’t have the robux or interest to purchase. As the game appears to be targeting the younger ages, I think it should spawn on the island by default.
^^ This follows the idea of purchasing the leaderboards. I don’t think children would be too happy wasting their money on things they don’t really care about.
Sorry if my comment doesn’t make sense, I felt slightly rushed.
