Hi, it looks really good to start off. I like the paint splatters and the character is rendered well.
However, I really recommend sliding the character to the left and instead placing the flag in the raised hand to the right, as typically you raise flags 
This would also let the image follow the rule of thirds.

I feel like the post is too stiff. Also, if you’re trying to make a pride month logo, I feel like it should mainly be focused on vibrant colors.
I like it!
My only suggestion is:
- I think that the flag handle would look really good if it had some sort of detail at the bottom of it, just to make it look like the girl is holding it
But other then that, I think it looks great!
Edit: You don’t have to do my suggestion because I am not a artist and I am horrible at making logos/pictures

Like replys above me, I would put the flag on the other hand, making the flag raised!

Make the “Happy Pride Month” larger and more noticeable

seems like she (or what ever that robloxian idenifies as) is holding the pride flag a bit wierd, just a rotation would fix it
