Feedback on my puzzle and semi horror game

So I have this small pet project of mine that I made a while ago that resembles Mugen games like VESZTESEG in style and setting. I’m working on a much bigger and better version of it with more features, any ideas or feedback on the first game?

Personally I don’t like the FOV (I got dizzy because of it). I’d rather use the standard FOV.

The building itself is pretty empty inside. I mean, I don’t understand how should a Mugen game be.

And this grammar mistake. Should be “Ate”. Unless you wanted it like that, no problem.

The dialogue line made by the Cheeky Plushie is a reference to old 2000s cat memes, where bad grammar was prevalent. There’s more to the game than just the main building, but its very difficult to figure out if you don’t use shiftlock or are on mobile. Mugen games are supposed to have a simple yet eerie vibe to the buildings, and I tried to remake that as best I could.

Thanks for the feedback!

Make something that’s truly your own. Don’t get caught up trying to mimic someone else’s work to the best of your abilities, it’s fine to take a similar style but add in your own consents and idea’s.
Most importantly for a game like this, story, come up with a story to tell through this strange preposterous world.

Also I love how the fov gives an isometric effect when zoomed out.

Add more detail. Also try to make something original, if you make a game that is one of a kind then your game is more likely to be successful.

Apparently Mugen is a “surrealist experience” so instead GO HAM, ANYTHING YOU WANT, ADD IT. NO MATTER HOW FAR FETCHED OR STUPID, GO FOR IT. Doesn’t matter if it’s scary or bland or boring, any idea’s you have just add them.
