Feedback on my Role-play Game

Hello! This is my first topic on the forum. For the past year and a half I have been working on a post apocalyptic role play game called Amaranth City Roleplay. And after many hours, days and months of bug fixing and building, I have a final product. Please give me all the feedback you can so I can improve my game. Thank you!

I love it, it really looks like a apocalyptic game to play and roleplay!!

but, the game feels a bit empty, bc you only roleplay whit your friends and fight, but you cant do anything else,

so my feedback is adding like mutations, such as zombies or people infected with a virus so that people also fight for their lives and it is fun even if you are alone on the server

Nice! This game gives me older After the Flash vibes, which is very refreshing to see in a roleplay game in 2021!

I do have some minor issues with it, though:

  1. Areas seem to be a bit… flat. I think it’s due to the lack of prop variety. For example, in the warehouse, the same shelf is repeated about a hundred times.

Additional prop variety could really make these areas feel lived-in. After the Flash is a great example of what I mean, especially Project Spark’s work. They take simple areas and liven them up through great prop variety.
  2. Gun scripts
These gun scripts seem to be of the war group variety - the ones that can actually kill players, which is a bad idea for a roleplay game. The point of a roleplay is to tell collaborative stories - and some rando shooting you while you’re typing makes that hard.
  3. Chat in the bottom right is a - strange - decision. It’s not awful or anything, and I understand why it’s like that, but chat in the top left feels very natural for ROBLOX games, and having it there feels very weird, haha.
  4. Lack of customization. There really needs to be a way to insert hats, faces, custom clothes, stuff like that. Morphs would also be nice, but they’re not mandatory - just look at games like Darkened Dawn.
  5. Lore. At least some amount of ingame lore is usually a must for roleplay games.
Overall, though, this seems promising! I might bring some friends on and see what kind of silly roleplays we can get up to.
I especially like the old ROBLOX billboards.

Really made me nostalgic for those barely-remembered years last decade.

Hello! Thank you for the great feedback. I am actually currently working on enemy soldiers that roam around the map. I wasn’t sure if people would like it. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback! I will definitely take it into account. However I think I might add a PVP toggle button, Instead of removing the gun damage. This should hopefully prevent random kills but still add a sense of realism.
