Feedback on my running animation

This is my first time posting on the dev forum so please point out anything I might have done wrong.
Also, English isn’t my mother language so I apologize for any grammar mistakes.

Please tell me what you think of the animation and how I can improve it.

Update on the animation here

It looks pretty good. Maybe try to add more circular animation on the arms.

It looks great but if you want to step up your animation use blender.

Looks very nice, Though I would recommend adding a bend of limbs to make it stand out. Anyways Keep it up and Good luck.

Thank you for the suggestion but I like to keep my rig simple

I think the chest might look a little stiff, but other then that it’s pretty spot on.

I think it’s a great animation! Maybe after some practice, you could try R15 and make a more realistic animation! Best of luck!

Very good so far! As many have suggested above, you should use a more detailed player model like R15 to make your animations more fluent. In this animation, the torso is pretty much stationary as well as the head. Adding some movement to them can make the animation look less blocky.

I really like your animation, though .

I love the way the legs move. Maybe add some motion to the head as it looks very static at the moment, otherwise great work!

Looks very good! But you could use R15 to be more realistic and you could give more animation to the torso and the head

Thank you all for the feedbacks. This was one of my first attempts at doing a running animation so I wanted to start out simple by using an r6 like rig.
The torso and the head are indeed very stiff compared to the other parts. I’m currently working on improving the animation and I’ll provide you with the improved version once It’s done.

Ooh! That would look nice in a speed game (such as Speed Run 4), or an adventure game!

The animation looks really good, I would love to see a R15 version of it! Good work!

Try twisting the torso left and right when he walks. Other than that it’s :ok_hand:t5:
