The back of her collar doesn’t really look like it’s going around her neck all the way. Where does her neck end?
The hairline at the top left corner looks a bit spiky.
Her hair at the right corner area is defying gravity? Goes she have a lot of gel on? 
Typically when anime girls have their eyes with little hearts in them, they would be blushing a lot more.
The nose should be located between the eyes and the mouth.
The hair formation at the top of her head looks a little unnatural. I’m no hair designer, but I assume you would need a lot of hair for that to work without any assistance.

As for the spiky hairline, i think it’s like my art style? I tend to go for something more cartoony outlines and i like to make their hair seem fluffy and light which also answers why the hair is going upwards. I’ll have to render it to make it seem fluffier.
And because im not drawing the girl from a front view and more of a side view, the nose cant be in the middle T-T
Then again, this is still a sketch so I haven’t polished or rendered things!! I’ll be sure to make her blush more too.
