I just made a shirt and tried really hard to shade etc, this was my first time doing custom shading and I hope you like it. I accept all ranges of critique. 
It is a bit difficult to see due to the watermarks, and watermarks aren’t really necessary for character displays.
Aside from that, I think the lines on the end of the sleeves are a tad too dark. Shading is not visible at all (may just be because of the watermarks).
It is quite basic but has a good effort! Keep up the good work!

Try to add more details. As it is your first time on shading, your shirt looks pretty good! Also, try to improve the watermark, as I can’t see the shading perfectly.

Thank you all for your feedback, overall the comments are that it’s pretty simple but nice and the shading needs work.
I’ve removed the watermark and enlarged the shirt to allow for easier view.

Removing the watermark makes the shading look quite good. Turn up the opacity a bit and ad a few more highlights and it would look amazing!!
the browns a bit boring but other than that the shading is quite nice especially considering it’s your first attempt at custom, well done
Add more shading by lowering some opacity in some areas. I see you tried to be “simplistic” and maybe make the watermark bigger! Hope this helps, and overall not bad!
