I’m not that good at designing UI’s, I would like some constructive feedback.

The top left button seems to be offset. Did you place all of those buttons individually?

Transparent GUI’s doesn’t look good in my opinion. Maybe make the frame non-transparent and add some images about the theme on the corners? This will make it better and more detailed in my opinion. What’s the theme of the game?

I find it weird how the Effects button is larger than the Titles and Skins buttons.

Possibly to fit the text equally?

It makes it look off-center and you can still make each button-sized the same and still have the text the same.
