the roof tiles texture is too much low resolution. 
i dont think that line should be there
i’d say the lanterns look a teensy bit weird, as do
the outlines for the fabric textures thingies.

This is Really Good and keep it up you probably fixing Lightings because the Front of the store is too dark
Great work! I really think you have a great build here. As previously stated, maybe change the awning texture to something a bit smoother. Other than that, I don’t really have any other criticism to give.
Really nice, if I were you I would remove the sign on the shop or make it stand out more it looks really dark and I can barely read it, maybe make it like these western type signs where the sign comes out from the other side rather than the current one.

its soooo tiny, and cute, one thing I would fix, is to door. In my opinion, I think it is a bit too thick, but everyone has differing styles of doors, yours works too.

Great work! You always amaze me Crazed, Those crates are kind of iconic now in your builds, though the penguin looks like it’s out of a horror movie…

Ngl, this is pretty good for a mid poly shop using only default materials.
Use a custom skybox and atmosphere for better effect. Also, the shelves look a bit thick. I’d make them thinner tbh.

Feedback:
- Thing above the shop window should be removed, or you should add support columns
- Inside could have more interesting items
- Lanterns need detail, but remove the one hanging from the wall at center of store
- Roof tiles are too big
- Ground cuold use vegetation + variation on path
- Roof tiles are very repetitive

I like it, it looks nice and cozy.
Not bad. I only have two complaints against it. 1) The colors seem a bit bland. Maybe you could brighten up the colors of the fabric and neon materials? Might improve the overall color scheme. 2) Definitely agree with @ReplicaService. The sign is pretty bland and a bit hard to see. Maybe try making the same color as the fabric material? Might look kind of cool. Other than that, it’s pretty good! 7/10
