Feedback on my Star Wars Imperial Base/Outpost?

Heyo!
I’m Mark, and I’ve been working on a star wars game recently.

I built this Star Wars Imperial Base/Outpost in ROBLOX studio and I wanted to know what I could improve on, and what you guys think of it.

I wouldn’t call myself a top tier builder, I’m just trying to improve in any way I can!

Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

Here are the pictures!

Very cool just looks the movie

It looks alright but at the same time it looks like something from a 2014 to 2015 game.

Yeah it kinda looks like that :slightly_smiling_face:

It’s pretty good! One thing I would change.

Make the grass either more green, or white. Also, add terrain decoration to the grass (enable by going to Workspace > Terrain > DecorationsProperty)

One more thing, use ShadowMap technology. If you are, then turn on Shadows.

I like it but it needs to be more detailed.

Thanks, haha. Once I learn blender I’ll probably remake it in there to make it more realistic!

Thank you! I’ll definitely add this to the build.

Okay, thanks for your feedback! I’ll work on making it more detailed. If you have any suggestions of what to do more then please let me know!

Thanks! I’m a huge star wars fan and wanted to recreate something like this in a star wars game, I’m actually making it off of a star wars series so yeah most of the inspiration comes from that!

Add shadowmap or voxel, It’ll make the buildings look more realistic. Right now it looks like it came out of 2015. Otherwise good job

I set the lighting to shadowmap, which it was already on voxel, but I see little to know difference in the build and don’t see a shadow on the objects, when cast shadow is on. Any help? Also, thanks!

Make sure Global Shadows is checked

Hmm, that’s checked on too. It seems like all the terrain canyons and landscapes I created all cast a shadow, and when I click off the Global Shadows section I can visibly see no shadow on the landscapes, but the parts and bricks themselves aren’t casting a shadow, and when I uncheck GlobalShadows I see no difference. I’m not sure what’s the problem.

Oh, silly me. I just figured out it was due to my graphics level settings. Thanks for the help though! Much appreciated
