Looks great! The only piece of advice that I can think of is that the sharpness on the logo is lost for the icon. Also, typically logos on thumbnails also appear in the centre, I would recommend moving it or enlarging it so it is more prominent.

Actually, the person who commissioned me wanted it like that. He wanted the text to be on the top
