Feedback on my UI design

Introduction

Hey there! My name’s Amir and I’m an aspiring UI designer from England! About a month ago I started to design Roblox UI and I wanted to show you all what I’ve done, along with your feedback.

Examples

Here is some work I’ve made in the last month:

Some simulator-styled UI I made

Questions

Alright, so I want to get your opinions on my work. Please respond to this post answering these questions:

1. What do you like about my work?
What are some things you like/find interest in? What should I do more of?

2. What do you not like about my work?
Any tips/critique for me? I’m open to any and all feedback. Also, if you could, please describe how I can achieve this change (YouTube tutorial, etc).

3. Do you think this is commission worthy?
Do you think that with my skill, I can be commissioned?

End

Thank you to everyone who has read this. All feedback/critique is appreciated and I will be checking this post regularly. Have a great day/afternoon/night!

This is my first DevForum post so if I did anything wrong, please let me know!

First of all, the UIs look great in my opinion, just make them a bit more eye-catching, but nevertheless I like them.
Second of all, you are not allowed to ask how much you should price you work, so just edit that so the post doesnt get flagged.

the ui looks great. good work.

Thanks a lot! Do you know how I could improve?

Not gonna lie, it doesn’t look too good imo. You need to have a better understanding of font usage. You are lacking font harmony. I can see that you like using bold fonts. It’s good and all, but you gotta know when to not use them and when to use them. Also you seem to lack an understanding of color theory. Ex. for your fantasy-styled example, you should add hue-shift to make the colors really pop out (same goes for your simulator-stylied UI - 1st example). As for your third example (battle-royal) the colors are fine, but what you can improve on is design. Everything seems to be too bold + you also have bad spacing between the shapes and around the edges of the “screen”.

Anyways, good luck with your future endeavors, hope you find the feedback useful. c;
Also, for inspiration, maybe browse Artstation and search up User Interface. There’s a lot of good stuff in there you can perhaps be inspired by (don’t steal).

Thanks for the feedback, it’s really appreciated! I’ll keep these in mind when making UI in the future.
