Hello! my name is Astro and i’m a beginner UI designer.

Could you give me feedbacks on my UI i made yasterday, since i feel something is off.

the voting UI, the green text is too big a little overwhelming

maybe try no green button for the voting UI, just the number.

I think the UI looks great! You could also try to play around with more colors/gradients.
