Feedback on my unique Obby/Puzzle game

Hello developers. Recently, I published my game and I would like to ask you for feedback on it. So I want you to focus on these questions:

  1. Due to game icon and thumbnail, would you click and play the game?
  2. Is the game complex or hard to understand?
  3. Is it fun to play? What should I add to the game if its not fun?
  4. Is there anything that makes you want to stay or leave? (What and Why)
  5. Is there any issue(errors, broken things, etc…) needs to fix?
  6. Is the map and lightning good enough for this game? If its not, how can I improve the map?

No, it makes it look quite low quality.

It’s pretty straightforward since you always explain what to do.

No. I’m not the target demographic.

The artstyle and sounds are overused since they’re used by that simulator generator plugin. And nobody likes generated games, so it has a bad reputation and just feels low quality.

Also, advertising your group and telling people to like your game also makes it feel quite low quality.

It also makes me want to leave that you can’t even use your coins to buy skips or anything else. Just real money.

You should also fix the bug where you can only jump once. It made me want to leave. So I did.

  • If you turn the music off, it just stops the current one playing. Meaning the next one will start after a while and you have to turn it off again every time.
  • Some of the coins don’t work. (Rat labyrinth for example)
  • You can softlock yourself in stage 9 by pushing the cube somewhere you can’t push it away from.
  • You can’t buy skips with coins. Only with money.
  • Mrs.Cube doesn’t always give the correct amount of jumps. Not just 1, but just wrong.

As i said, you can improve the map by not using the simulator generator plugin or it’s artstyle. The lighting also isn’t an issue.

Thanks for your feedback! I am sure you can buy skip stage with coins in the shop. Also for the sounds, I dont know what can I do I cant make sounds and I didnt use any plugins for the map.

Then they are not very obvious to find, all I saw was microtransactions.

Just use some other ones from the toolbox which don’t sound like this. Every single other game like this uses the same.

I didn’t say you did, but it uses very similar models and sounds and so on.
