The lighting feels off in the nighttime picture, if you are using fog I would recommend switching to atmosphere. That should help get rid of the feeling of the buildings being cut out.

I second that the decal needs retouching, it should start in the centre and project out maybe?

I like it, but the texture of the sidewalk bothers me a bit because of the lines. Edit the texture a bit to remove that and it will look great.
