One thing I see it missing is a tutorial: I have no idea how to play your game or what to do in it, so adding a tutorial would be very helpful (just dont make it one of those annoying babying tutorials, imo the best tutorials are ones that let you figure stuff out as it’s more fun and gives actual lasting memory).
I think the animations are pretty nice and smooth, so good job with that.
The building could really use some work though, and looks like it was hastily put together.
Although I really like your music selections, they don’t really fit a fighting game imo, and are mostly upbeat, “fun” music that you’d hear in a simulator or driving game. It’s a fighting game! Use fighting music! Music that’s aggressive, rough, combative. A lot of rock or metal would probably fit.
Also, for keybinds on desktop, I have to reach below my WASD finger placement to access the combat buttons, which isn’t ideal for moving and fighting at the same time (Z and X). I suggest using buttons easily accessible to WASD placement, such as Q, E, F, R, C, Shift, Ctrl, G, V, etc.
Another thing that kills many starter games imo is the need for multiplayer to even play the game. When your game falls down to 0 or 1 player, it can be really hard to start it back up if there’s nothing for 1 player to do while waiting for other players, so I think adding NPCs in your case could really fix this trap.
