I’ve never seen a game with shooting stars in the sky, really cool concept!
You could try making the trail of the meteors slowly fade out

it is very cool, but you could try to make the tail a little shorter, and also make the tail fade out like @uhSkittle said.

You should randomize where they spawn, because it looks like its just looping in one spot
