This information has not been updated - the UI has been overhauled entirely.

The new UI doesn’t take into effect until Mid-June. As of now that documentation is still technically accurate since the new studio interface is still in beta.

@wallofgarlic is correct, the new UI isn’t officially rolled out to everyone yet. Once it is, the documentation will be updated.
