Hello everyone, I made Police Grappler on Roblox.
For Police Grappler to work first you need to active grappler by holding F. Here are the few clips on how grappler works.

Well, that is cause cars are using A-Chassis, where parts CanCollide is mostly off.
Would it not be easy to change?
Well if you change it, chassis gets bugged.

Well main frame of the car if you put CanCollide on, mesh size gets to the wheels and wheels can’t rotate because of it.
