That looks great, I have never been able to make a good elevator, and I have been trying for months. So, good job.

this is REALLY good!
my only suggestion/question is this: does the elevator in portal 2 ease in for the player to step into, or does it just stop in front of the player like it does here? cause i’m thinking if the elevator eases in / slows down as it approaches the level for the player to enter, it would feel smoother. but that’s my take

Well, AFAIK, the Elevator in Portal 2 slows down when entering the chamber lock, although I didn’t do that since I had to work on other projects. I just did a test animation.
oh, you hadn’t mentioned it was a test animation, so i just assumed it was final. sorry
