Hi,
The background doesn’t fit here. The character is in the same color. As it is a profile picture, the character needs to be the main thing on your image so make the background color different.

I really like it! The only thing I would personally change would be the orange background. I’d probably change it to blue, so the avatar can stand out while having colors that complement the GFX. Great job! Keep up the great work and can’t wait to see more!

It’s a good first profile picture but for the most appealing look I highly recommend using a blue background! As orange and blue are complimentary colors they fulfill the “Complimentary Color Theory” which solicits the most positive and engaging response from people viewing them combined, in this case, your profile picture!
Take for example this UI I created using the “Complimentary Color Theory,” pairing a reddish-purple frame to a yellowish-green vote button, the response focused mainly on how well the colors went together!
Similar to what others have said, the GFX itself is really good! However the background doesn’t match as it doesn’t make the character pop out/stand out from the background.
