Hi, I’m looking forward to make a realistic military-zombie open world game and feedback or tips would be appreciated, so I’ve been working on a radio station with a bunker underneath it for quite a while and I think it needs more of an… alive feel to it, that’s just my opinion I guess, I would like to hear yours too. Everything you will see is not complete.
I tried doing sunrays effect here too, sorry if its harder to see.
(please note that this is kinda like an outpost for the survivors so that’s why everything looks so maintained)
You could perhaps add more foliage to have that zombie feel implemented on it are you going for a realistic apocalypse build It depends since a lot isn’t going on add more props buildings, and overall vegetation to have that feel your normally going for,
Military bunkers kind of have trees and vines covered on the front entrance to make it not feel very open and noticeable from a far destines Ideas would be placing stains or cracks on the walls, objects on flooring.
It looks good at the start it just needs more objects depending on what theme it holds
Otherwise its good consider adding interior objects so it doesn’t just hold a white color scheme it needs more items, props, and foliage even use textures if necessary.
Great build! This is looking great already, I love the amount of details you put into the inside like wires, stripes, and lights. Nevertheless, I feel like you can add more nature and landscaping on the outside as @jordonh23 said. In addition although you said you want the build to look maintained that doesn’t mean you can avoid smaller details like crates, books, supplies, etc. in the building. Using those details can make the build feel more alive and detailed. Try to experiment the best you can with different types of materials! Good job ^ _ ^
OH MY GOD! I love this build, and how the lighting was used, you can make it look like a old house or a old farm or something. I like how the gate opens through the terrain! Just add a bit more edits to the terrain or textures and you’re GOLD!
Regarding the build itself, I think it’s great! The trees could be better, as right now there isn’t much tree environment and foliage but I’m going to assume this is planned out and in a work in progress. The tree seem good variety and variation put into the trees something i’ll see when visiting or exploring places.
Aside from that, the only thing that seems unrealistic in the scene is the “repetitive” formation try creating 3 or more trees so they could hold there own style and not something similar or identical.
Otherwise, you’ve accomplished the lighting approach, not much i can see at the moment hope to see what you take this in the future.
