Hello, I have recently done a GFX on one of my favorite superheroes, Captain America. I would like some feedback to improve, as I think it can be improved wayyyy further. Yeah, I know it’s ‘floating’ so I’d like some feedback other than that XD anyways, here is the image.
I suggest using a rendering software like blender or c4d, your render looks really pixelated.
The resolution is a bit low. Also, the character has a really pixelated edge.
Thanks! It’s pixelated because I forgot to put my tolerance higher on magic wand tool.
I suggest blending the image a bit more with the background by adding reflections (lights) and a floor.
I suggest you add a little bit of light on the bottom so the leg is more visible. Otherwise great job keep it up!
The lighting is very uneven, and for me, it’s a little bit too saturated in the first picture you posted. Additionally, the right arm of the character appears to be floating off of the body. Other than that, it’s nice!
Thanks for the feedback everyone!
To avoid that black-line around the character, I would use a photo editor to blur the character’s silhouette to make it look more authentic when you insert the backdrop.
If you’re using Blender, you can enable the feature where it renders with a transparent background. That way, you won’t need to use a background remover.
