I am still new to UI designing, but Roblox’s current home page ui is not user friendly.
So I’ve decided to create my own with more UX element in it.
I’ve tried to follow up the trend of “round” corners and more modernize look, simple but clean.
We all know roblox is not going to notice this, I’ve made this for my practice so feedbacks are appreciated!

What on earth are you on about?? I’d say the current UI is very user friendly and the most confusing thing about it is that they call games “experiences” and have the “experiences” tab called “charts”
Going to be real, I like the rounded shadows on games with the flat color backdrop, does nothing but makes the games more noticeable. I dislike though, the different coloring on the friends, with them having a backdrop. It goes against almost every other bit of the design.
Anyway, little rant here:
I really hate that the current website (and this redesign) puts the recommended above the continue tab.
And one of the main reasons is because the algorithm being used to determine whats “recommended for me” is terrible, the amount of times I’ve been recommended games I have played AND left a dislike on is crazy. Like roblox, there is a very obvious reason I clicked the dislike button.
Also, why have the “Play” button be on recommended games but not continue?
Something that I’d say would be good is to instead of having a massive play button, instead you just have a little square button in the bottom right of the icon image which is only visible on hover that you can click to enter the game. Less clutter and just looks cleaner.
In my opinion, despite looking decent, this design is just as bad, if not worse than the current website in my opinion.
The only reason I say its possibly worse is because this one would push these games I’d personally never go near down my throat even more by having a massive play button on them than roblox is already trying to.
Its already bad enough that my home page looks like this
Good design, but continue and favorited games should definitely be above recommended for you games.
Honsetly this is better than the roblox ui

It looks good but this just isn’t Roblox, it feels like instagram if it was a gaming platform. It would feel more like roblox if it had combined the 2017 UI and 2022 UI. Good job otherwise!
Way to much white space, roblox benefits from cluttering.
This redesigned Roblox home page looks good! I think the current one is great and does its job though, no need to change anything. Will you be making more UIs?
