Im not gonna lie, when I saw that you had posted a topic about something Sci-Fi, I was like “I MUST see this!!” Your models/builds are always amazing my friend! 
Now for feedback. While both variations look really good, I can’t really tell the difference between the first and second variations. 
Could you possibly provide us with a picture of both styles side by side?

Thanks for the complement! The second variation has screws, whereas the first variation does not.

That being said, I’d say that the first version looks better, as the screws seen in the second version don’t seem to serve any specific purpose. Again, great job my friend! I look forward to seeing your work again in the near future!

I don’t know if I like the scratched surface texture as it looks too repetitive, shouldn’t there be variations for each panel? It looks amazing though, don’t get me wrong.
