I think it would be cool for the background images to change depending on the class! The colors are quite nice - though I would advise you do use lighter colors against a white text for better contrast.

It looks good, but it seems kind of bland. The images for each button are exactly the same but in different colors. I think underlining some of the words would also look good.

Same images on everything isn’t the key. That’s what makes the UI un-appealing.
Changing the images in each one and making each level prettier and more comfortable looking depending on ranking is one way of attracting players to click on other more attractive options.
A different image shows a preview of what perks you can get on a selected class. Be creative!
