Hello! im been building for a while and thinking if its got any chance to be portfolio worthy. Honestly im kinda sceptic to my works but havent did anything much better yet.I might also have map design issues but dont really know how to improve it.

Yeah I think it looks good, you just need to work on it some more.
I would try working in some more shape. As it stands, everything seems pretty boxy and squared away. Also adding in details to the roads like markings and street signs could help bring your scene to life.
Overall, the buildings seem nicely made. Rather simple, but it’s clear you were going for a more cartoon-y/nostalgic feel. I like that the style and detail is uniform throughout everything too, it’s an extremely underappreciated thing to achieve.
I have to note that there’s a lot of empty space on these builds.
Excuse me if thats intentional, but adding more details, like lines of the roads, fire hydrants, etc. would probably make it look a lot more lively
the windows in orange town shouldn’t be black in my opinion and maybe add shingles to the tooth but it looks really good and portfolio worthy
