For the first one, maybe you noticed this already, but the second row, first element is a bit off-place. It should be lined up with the element above it. I like the color theme in that UI.
In the second UI, the green is too bright to be covering such a vast area of a screen, and especially if you have white elements over it. Either darken the green or change the white (I recommend the former).
