I have been trying to replicate the status window/notification showing up in the korean comics that have "systems"

There’s currently a showing up effect (the smaller blue rectangles, randomly generated)
I’ve also stacked texts on top of each other to replicate the glow.

What can I add to make it cooler?

Can we see a GIF or video of it appearing? Looks really cool though! I love it when games put a lot of effort into making their GUI look visually pleasing.
