Could use a little bit of lighting to make the place look more alive but good job
It looks good, but it looks a little dark. You might also want to add patches where there isn’t any grass, like in the later pictures. Keep up the good work!

Since your new it’s a alright start. If you’re looking to add a little bit of details into it to get a good looking terrain, you can always mix some other height or terrain to create like elevation on the surface things like (dirt paths, smooth surfaces bumpy ground ect).
I would consider to continue to practice there isn’t much going on in the photo since it’s just a rocky terrain that’s has height include additional details, grass, dirt, smooth surfaces and more you could even experiment with the entire terrain and see what you can do to make it almost similar to the game photo.
Add some variation to the terrain, you can think of other technique to improve it more further perhaps mix rock with grass to combine different terrain features because you’d use this to add some depth to the terrain making it look less empty and plain looking.
At the start not much to give feedback on I really think what you should do here is continue to work on it you’ll maybe create something different from what (driving simulator) has.
Maybe, Add a cave.(Unless you already have one) Other than that is so good!
Edit: You could add some rocks on the rocky parts.
The images of terrain with roads are not the ones he made.
Meaning, there is no road to add street lights too, and there is no dirt road.
