Made a simple UI. Experimenting with figma.
The drop shadow makes it look like the font has been smeared, making it hard to read. You can make the color of the shadow a different shade of gray to fix this.
Also, mid-gray on light-gray doesn’t have much contrast. You could darken the font or lighten the background for more readability.
The blue outline feels out of place. Usually outlines only lighten or darken the background instead of changing color entirely.
Oh almost forgot, the font size is kinda small compared to the text box, which makes it feel empty. If this is so that there’s room for multiple lines, maybe make it top-left aligned instead of center-center aligned to better indicate this.

Thanks for the feedback, the text isn’t really light gray, well it’s because it has a low transparency. I think the outline gives it some nice contrast.
