I used the program Medibang to create this artwork
Pretty obviously, the brush I used was way too big, but I didn’t really care because it was my first art and I was trying to just learn how to use some stuff on the program but I would like some feedback.
Looks great! I’d suggest adding a bit more detail, like a background or some graphic on the shirt.

Pretty good for first time! Maybe try making the character larger slightly, since it doesn’t frame well.
It looks good for your first art, but you could work on fixing the colors not filling the whole character, like the goggles.
I would say, try to cleanup the line art fragments
Also I would recommend using Krita for your art, its like photoshop but free.
