I guess you could improve the seats like you could make the seat color lighter or add some details to the seats.
But overall it’s Amazing!! I love it! 
It would look better with some more decorations real life “skydiving lobby” normally feature lighting source on the ceiling making it appear not bland and flat.
The building feel empty from a view point have you consider adding some entrance plants, lighting, different types of sofa. I wouldn’t recommend throwing a bunch of decorations since lobby doesn’t feature much nor needs a bunch of random details.
Therefore, I would recommend adding a few decorations you could even take a look at real life buildings to get general ideas on what to add or what’s needed. I could consider making areas less repetitive normally the grey-ish color scheme make certain areas lighter and darker you could even throw some materials in different spots to make the area pop more and stand out.
The building seems a bit early in development i’m curious the interior will be more improved later down the line? Otherwise it’s a start.
The building looks nice but the roof is a little bit bland. Try adding some designs or something that would make it fit with it’s surrounding. I suggest that you add plants in the corners or add a carpet for a pop of color.

I agree with him, it’s a tad dark, try messing around with the color wheel to make it lighter. Oh, and the boost pad or something, it’s icon is a little bit short, try making it longer.

On that note, however, I’d suggest changing the chairs like @NinjaScriptz said, and also making them face each other, if you’re planning to make a podium of some sort, I’d put them into the shape of a ring, so it’s easier to see other people.
