Hello, I am PaniniPress, a solo developer currently working on an obby. Specifically, an escape a bakery obby.
I have been working on the game for over two years… ( I have been very inconsistent in developing the game🥴), and I am wondering if I could get some feedback and suggestions on the gameplay, GUI’s, game icon, and overall quality of the game so far.
*Note: Gamepasses do not work yet, do not buy them.
I am also planning to sponsor the experience. The most I would pay for sponsorship is 50k - 60k Robux worth of Ad Credits (No clue that they changed the system). Is this enough to get the game some traction to get between 100-200 concurrent players, and make a profit back? I have heard the new system is very broken.
The map design and GUI very high quality, and the gameplay is really balanced as well. However, there were a couple things that bothered me while I was playing through the game. The first thing that bothered me was the dialogue boxes. I think they take way too long to end. The second thing that bothered me was the maze part at the beginning. I know it’s incredibly easy, however as one of the first things you’re greeted to when you play, it might cause players to lose interest. Also, some music in the sewer part would be nice (I understand if you were just getting to that, since the part that follows doesn’t have music either), and maybe reduce the respawn time a little bit. Other than that, I think this game could turn out really great! I don’t know much about Roblox’s sponsor system so I can’t answer your last question, sorry.
