You should try learning shapes, dead nature, how the light work etc. I am not saying this is bad, but before learning the style you should try learning these things. About the drawining- I think you shouldn’t add pure white on drawing, also try changing lineart in some places. Eyes look like they are from the other drawing, I think it’s the lineart and light problem.
So- Try to learn how to shade ( it that how the light work) Keep on good work!

It took me about 20 minutes to make this drawing but I will pay attention to these things.
Nice job! I really like your style 
I think you could work on the shadowing in the hair, define where your source of light is coming from. You could also work on the background. I like the lightning bolts but the stripes of blue and light blue behind the bolts are shaky and squiggly at points.
Overall: I think you’re doing a great job! Keep on drawing
