If there will be combat in here, its great! If it’s just a room to pass through, there’s too much floor space. Looks like enough room for guys to gear up on both sides, and a dance competition down the middle. Locker rooms should be cramped!
One solution is to shrink the total room size. Another way to break up the space is to add 2 rows of benches down the center. A third is to up the locker rows (3 instead of 2). With the exception of benches, you have all the models you need.
we might add a combat system but i feel like its a lot of work to shrink the whole room size.
I can’t see what it is attached to, but yeah, resizing could be difficult. A few benches down the middle would break up the space.
Sorry for responding late but that would be a good idea!
if theres anything else i should do please let me know!
Wall design woot woot. That’s all I would say. Add some edging.
The floor and locker use the same material, but the floor extends into the hallway so this cant be solved easily. I think the lockers are the right material. If you haven’t tried a dark grey concrete floor (darker than the walls), at least give it a brief look. If you hate it, then it’s better to leave it alone.
I agree, the floor space is too big, maybe add more rows of lockers/benches or make the room smaller. The neon is too bright. I don’t think you should put neon on the lockers unless you’re going for a sci-fi feel. It also won’t hurt to add textures like grime on the walls and floor. The little cylinders on the door also look weird are aren’t properly spaced.
Well this is a sci fi type of game.
Thanks for the response and happy developing!
Well i chose the same material for the floor because it is darker and if i did concrete then
i would probably have to change some lighting settings.

I’m making medieval buildings, but I have a rule: the walls don’t match the floor, and neither match the props.
Looks great!
I like that rule do you have any posts i can see of your builds?
I have just now realised that the walls and floor are the same material.
I can’t find them quickly. Here’s my favorite, but I haven’t uploaded it to Roblox yet, still hiding in blender:
WOAH this is so cool its a little dark though but other than that i love it!
My game will include a lot of wandering around in the darkness. lol
Wow so its a dark medieval type game thats cool!
You have a few differences between the walls and floor so that they don’t look alike. That’s probably enough. I cant tell from here that they are the same.
Well good!
Also heres the armory with the benches and they do actually let you sit anything else i should add?
Hello Developer,
Thanks for choosing DevForums for us to provide feedback globally across the world.
Generally, It does fit the theme, because if you say It’s an armory, it should be an armory and look like one, so you did great at recreating the basic look of an armory.
I would ask you to consider the following:
Try experimenting with other material on the lockers, perhaps different shades of grey with the material set to metal if you would like a more realistic theme and plan on changing your lighting technology to future for exampe. [If you are going for that look, then this is not necessary]
Try adding more detail to the lockers and other models. I have added an example image below of a detailed furniture. If you would like to, try to make the things inside of the armory a little bit more detailed by adding some twists into it! [I recommend that for the door as well]
Other than that, I wish you the best of luck with your build, and a great time as a Developer on Roblox.
Happy creating!
Sincerely,
Crash
