Good technique; I especially like the texture this has. I’d tone down the glitch effect slightly; I thought the character was looking aside at first and the glitch was his mouth.
Parts of the hat and the head are getting a bit lost in the lighter part of the background. Maybe darkening the background around the head would help?
Overall looks neat-o. Nice work
Maybe it’s just me, but the glitch effect is a bit too much. It’s a good thing you’re experimenting with different textures and effects, it’s fun and you should do more of it! But also keep in mind how clear you want the final product to look, these distortion effects can be a double-edged sword:) GLHF!
yeah, i had a vision for it to be distorted when i was finished. lol
I love the style of this graphic although the glitch effect is a bit overwhelming to me so if you just made it a bit lighter.
Looks really good, maybe as other people have mentioned that it would look better without the glitch effect? However, I personally don’t mind it.
Great work!
The background is a bit mismatched, I think changing it to something that have a relationship with glitches would be much better.
Rather than that, what software you used to create the glitchy effect? Premiere CC? (You can actually make good glitchy effect with premiere)
