I think this looks great! If I could change one thing it would be the man in the middle with the dark grey shirt, as his character looks a bit off. I recommend having him hold something. This also looks like it was only rendered (not sure though). If that is the case, I would also recommend using a photo editor to add some finishing touches to it such as grime, dust, really anything that you can’t render. The shadows also seem a bit off, so I would just change the direction slightly so that the one figure isn’t masked in shadow. Other than that this looks great, and I can’t wait to see what you make next!

The render looks pretty good though I’ll like to list some issues I see with it:
The lighting:
The lighting looks alright in some places for example of how the cover/red carpet above is casting a shadow which looks pretty good however some spots look a little akward as @Phenomizon has mentioned for example:

As you can see, the bottom of the character is completely bright and completely contrasts from the head. Another thing is that the light source that is angled looks odd and often dark on some spots.
That icecream has some Strong integrity

The context:
There isn’t really enough info of whats going on in the image, 3 people are looking somewhere, 1 person is looking inside a window of some sort, a guy is walking in, and another is looking at what appears to be icecream that was dropped onto the ground. Have some more context that the reader can understand from the body language.
Reason:
There has to be a reason for the scenario of course. Im guessing this would be for some sort of navy group from the corner text however, it should be more apparent and you should try to use military outfits instead since they seem more like jackets 
.
Overall though pretty nice job, keep up the good work

It’s basically a specific group of people in a certain squad that I’m in, I just really didn’t have a scenario in mind, I just wanted to make a wallpaper with all of us, but thanks for your feedback!
Shadows could be better including the lighting on this. The poses are stiff, could be improved look at google for examples on what you are posing helps a lot. Looks like the ice cream on the ground doesn’t have any shadows. Textures also don’t fit with the models, can’t tell if this is supposed to be wood or metal scratches.
I like the sky but the shadows and lighting is everywhere. I’d make the characters face brighter.
Aha, this looks good! However, there are a few things you could work on. The ground and wall texture look very repetitive and there is no displacement. Secondly, the poses are kind of stiff and basic, try bending the legs and the back. The sky in the background is a bit blurry, but you did well with matching the scene. Other then that, the scene looks nice, hope this helped!
