I’m planning on texturing the whole thing in substance painter, but are there any more details I should add? This tunnel is a part of a military installation in a sci fi setting.
I do plan on adding some light fixtures to the ceiling of the tunnel
I was considering some kind of battlements on the entrances of the tunnel, but I’m not sure what kind I should go with
Hello Dudeguy90539, My name is IAmRealTank but you can call me Tank for short if you want. To be honest I am really not the best modeler but I will give feedback on your tunnel design.
You said this tunnel was a part of a military installation in a sci fi setting but to be honest this doesn’t look like anything sci fi but I can see it does give off an Area 51 vibe or SCP vibe. But to be honest I really don’t know much about sci fi. This may be wrong but what I think about sci fi is glowing lights but when I searched it online it’s more like science fiction where it’s supposed to have advanced technology. Some shows that has this is the show Star Wars since it has space ships, light sabers, and laser guns. But some suggestions I could have is maybe add pipes around the tunnel but that’s all the idea I got sorry.
You said your planning on adding some light fixtures and ceilings to the tunnel which is a good idea because that would create more detail for the tunnel to make it look better since right now it’s just a shape without detail. Adding some light fixtures would be great too like maybe add hanging lamps or add torches all across the tunnel or something.
You said you were going to texture it in substance painter, but is there a reason why your not going to texture it in Blender? I am curious to know the difference since I only have used Blender and not substance painter.
