Either way, I would not be making your games design based off of OpenSea, would probably be better if you made something unique.
This is still like an NFT and still promotes using them, which NFT’s are against Roblox’s TOS. Not to mention that NFT’s are a scam, harm the environment and have done so much bad then right. This is just a bad idea and will probably be a failure since most of Roblox’s players are kids and don’t care for NFT’s or to use them.

NFTs arent a scam by definition,but the way they are usually used in projects tend to be rugpulls (scams)
I’m not saying the OP is trying to create projects with rugpulls,but they don’t give much of a utility other than being a sort of limited items,things that you can buy at a price and expect to go up in price later on.
He isn’t really creating something harmful as he’s just trying to create a sort of market for things that players put in the game themselves,but at the same time there is the presence of the gamble,buying assets believing you will be able to sell them at a later investment to someone else.
