I’ve tried making a minimalistic shelf design for a modern house. The issue is, I don’t think It’s sight readable enough. I feel like new players won’t understand that this is a shelf. How can I improve this design?

@IndeedMythical you can start making a good shelf by removing or relocating the spikes.

Also, one spike combusted out of nowhere when I was moving it. Please ignore the flames. One also started growing for no reason.

Still quite hard to understand that its a shelf, considering the whole point of a shelf is to put things on it, yet I doub’t you can put anything on there.
I mean the easiest way to make people understand its a shelf is by simply putting stuff on it, since when you see something on the wall that people put things on, you would likely assume its a shelf.

The meme is that its part of a new geometry dash level called “Dash” which is a very bad introduction to one of the new mechanics, as it is very hard to sight read.
And so, of course people have been making jokes about that sight-read part, recreating it everywhere possible and usually putting some question along with it relating to sight reading or difficulty.

maybe move the top part up a bit, it seems to be noclipping into the books
This unique shelf looks alright, a bit too “unique” to be seen as a shelf by a random person because of the spikes though, they wouldn’t realize it’s supposed to be a shelf. I recommend removing the spikes and random squares in the places to ensure players understand that it’s a shelf.
