This time it published correctly and I tried it out myself before posting it, I hope it’s fine for everyone!
You seem to be very talented at modeling and interior design, I’ll say. I’m a big fan of the garage, especially from the inside. The roofing is also very well done.
However, the shape of the build itself is interesting, to say the least. Don’t get me wrong, it works very nicely with the inside and the placement of rooms. Although, I feel like it could have been done much differently and would’ve looked way nicer. Needs more diversity, to put it simply.
Another thing that bothers me is the choice of textures in the bedrooms. They make the build look kind of dated. You could find a nice pack of textures in the asset store that would make the build look 10x better. (Make sure to check them for viruses before publishing with them tho)
Other than that, I don’t really have any complaints. I think the build has a lot of potential and the interior, especially, is already pretty great.

Also the textures are really just ROBLOX materials but I’ll look into it!

I like the way the furniture is laid out, it definitely feels like a real hotel in some ways.
However, the walls are very undecorated, they need some more paintings or maybe some crown molding.
In addition, you can use a texture both for the ceilings, to make them stucco for example, and for the carpets, to make them look more realistic.

I like the part where u stole the house from the default ROBLOX Urban city template, very original, im sure ROBLOX are very pleased with this. 
This is the most interesting and useful information I’ve gotten, the group claimed they made it themselfs and that I was allowd to use it

Rip, your most likely in a dangerous group then. I would suggest leaving or changing it. Claiming free models as your own is bad no matter what.
